Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

Service Failure: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon background verification service within the specified timeframe due to internal errors or technical issues on our end.
Inaccuracy: If it is determined that the background verification report contains inaccurate information that was solely due to our oversight or error, and it significantly affects the validity of the report.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Client Error: If the client provides incorrect or insufficient information that leads to an inability to complete the background verification process accurately.
Candidate Information: If the information provided by the candidate for verification purposes is found to be false or misleading, we are not liable for the inaccuracy and will not issue a refund.
Policy Violation: If the request for a background verification violates our terms of service or ethical guidelines, refunds will not be provided.
Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the background verification report. The request must include detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence.
