Housmaid has right to discontinue any service or terminate any worker in whole or in part of any service with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, or for any action that Housmaid determines is inappropriate or disruptive to this Website or to any other user of this Website and/or Services. Any salary dispute will be handled by Housmaid; customers are free from any salary related issues. Housmaid can provide all its offerings/services to its customers as well as businesses/corporates/companies. Housmaid can also undertake any Housekeeping projects initiated by State or central government. The client/customer agrees that the maid will be not be tortured, harmed mentally or physically. Also the client cannot increase the work suddenly, increase of work will lead to increase in the pricing. If the maid leaves due to any such reason, Housmaid will not provide any replacement or refund. Overtime will not be paid to the worker and it will a part of negotiation between Housmaid and worker. Housmaid may hire or authorise third party companies or vendors to help in hiring workers and fulfilling the demand of customers. Housmaid can terminate the employment of any worker with advance notice of one month. In case of non-satisfaction of work, ability to fail duties, misconduct worker can be terminated immediately without any notice. There is no prescribed minimum rate of remuneration, Additional payments (such as for overtime or work on Sundays or Public Holidays) will be calculated as per the contract between worker and Housmaid. The total remuneration is the total of the money received by the employee. Transport allowances, bonuses, increases, Salary: These are not regulated by Basic Conditions of Employment Act and are therefore open to negotiation between the parties.
