Refund Policy:

Monthly billing/fee cannot be waived off or refunded after availing the services. If any of our worker leaves the job in between of his/her work tenure the amount will be charged on the pro rata basis. If at any point of time customer want to discontinue any services, the amount will not be refunded back. We are not responsible for the claim of any damage/loss, liabilities, expenses incurred by the worker.

Replacement Policy:

2 Free Replacement of any worker is valid for only 2 months from the date of joining. 2 Days is the trial period allocated for each service to finalize the worker. Workers are allowed to avail 2 leaves in one-month period. In case the maid is absent for more than 2 days in a month, replacement will be provided. In case the maid is absent because she is unwell/family emergency, no replacement will be given if the maid promises to join back as soon she is healthy/fit for work. In case the maid does not join back within 10 days, you can ask us for replacement. We will try our level best to find the desired worker as per the customer requirement, hence we will make sure to provide the worker in a way that it will not lead to replacement and hassle.
