Payment Terms

Please read all the terms carefully before using our services

• Salary of the maid starts from the day worker get on boarded to house/office at any location.
• Monthly amount will due within one week of the joining date, monthly amount can be paid through various payment methods including bank transfer, Cash, Credit card, Debit Card, Internet Banking.
• Taxes will be levied as extra apart from the finalized price.
• Customer does not need to pay any extra fee apart from the monthly rental.
• No hidden charges, Brokerage from the customer.
• We do not charge advance fee; customer can pay once the trail period of 2 days is over.
• An invoice will be sent to the customer via registered email after one week of joining the worker.
• Any payment received is non-refundable.
• Any online payment method will lead to extra charge of around 2% (convenience fee)
• Customer will agree to price terms and final selection of worker.
• We take care of all the charges incurred while verification of worker, selection of worker, providing dress and providing training.
• Raised invoices should be settled within 10 days from the date of invoice raised.
• Monthly charges need to be paid every month before the due date of invoice.
• The payment has to be made in favour of Skivvy serve private limited
• All solicitation is subjected to Gurgaon jurisdiction only

**When you hire a worker from Housmaid (which is registered under skivvy serve private limited) you agree upon the above mentioned terms and conditions.
